Schwartz Retarder Concentrate is 100% active reducer/retarder for lacquer finishes based on nitrocellulose and acrylic.

Its especially low volatility makes it an excellent choice to eliminate defects associated with extremely fast dry including orange peel, leveling issue, and dry spray.
